One movement is a place to start.

Explore adjustable height

YOUR STARTING POINT IS YOURS.

Start where you are.
Grow from there.

A different height. A new angle.
A little more challenge, when you’re ready.

Change the bar height in seconds. Set it into matching notches on both sides, where it rests securely in place.

For incline push-ups, a higher bar generally makes the movement easier. Explore a lower position when you feel ready, or raise it for a lighter day.

Measure before you order

Measure the inside width of your doorway at the top, middle, and bottom, keeping your tape level. Measure between the flat jamb surfaces where the rails will mount, beside the raised doorstop strips.

Enter all three widths in inches, including fractions, at checkout. Don’t subtract anything—we’ll adjust the bar length.

Example: Top: 30 1/8, Middle: 30, Bottom: 30 1/8

LET’S MAKE IT SIMPLE.

A few things
you might wonder.

Where should I start?

Choose one movement that feels approachable: a standing stretch, a small supported squat, or a high incline push-up. Start with a comfortable range and a few controlled movements. Your starting point is yours.

Can different people use the same Primal Tower?

Yes. The same doorway system offers different starting points. Adjust the bar height and choose movements that suit each person, following the use instructions supplied with your kit.

How much time do I need?

Start with a minute when it fits your day. Stay longer when you have the time. Build your habit and add more movement or challenge gradually, at your own pace.

How does it fit my doorway?

The rails mount to a suitable doorway, and the metal bar is cut to your doorway’s measurements. Your kit includes four 32-inch rails, mounting screws, and a matching driver bit.

Can I keep my feet on the floor?

Yes. Standing stretches, incline push-ups, rows, supported squats, and feet-assisted hangs can all keep your feet in contact with the floor. For an assisted hang, choose a reachable bar height and keep weight through your feet. Follow the installation and use instructions supplied with your kit.
